Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Refunds & Returns
At Solutions Augustin, customer satisfaction is important to us. All products are thoroughly inspected and tested before sale.
Refurbished & Used Products
Due to the nature of refurbished and pre-owned electronics, customers are encouraged to inspect and test their purchase during local pickup whenever possible.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if:
• the item is defective under normal use;
• the issue was not disclosed before the sale; and
• the product is returned in the same condition it was sold.
Returns may be refused if:
• the item has been physically damaged, modified, or misused;
• serial numbers or warranty labels have been removed or altered; or
• the product has been disassembled or repaired by another party.
Custom Orders & Custom PC Builds
Custom-built systems and special-order items are made specifically for the customer and are generally non-refundable once assembly or ordering has begun, except where required by applicable law or if covered by warranty.
Repair Services
Diagnostic fees and labor charges are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.
Customers will be notified before any major repair work is completed.
Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy.
